They are only starting to build it in April. Not sure how long it will take for them to finish
I understand target opening is Oct 2016 . New stores always want to be open for holiday shopping, so that makes sense.
Meanwhile , the mall has not released the names of the new stores. About 10 days alo they told me they would release the names at the end of Oct. 2015. This is the 3rd or 4th I have been given - and this is merely acknowledgement of the new store names.

I go to Palo Alto Stanford shopping center often, they are still having construction, but currently all the stores are open during construction

Less than 11 months left until opening..... hopefully!!!!! What I wouldn't do for an opening invitation 
Additionally, by the time it opens I'll be back close (in Monterey) so I won't have to go to SF to get my H fix!

Last year I wasn't able to get any but this April I clicked with a new SA and I got a B in August.
This is exciting. Right across the bridge. Can go on a weekday and not experience the horrible SF parking or all the tourist! LOL CDC hunting will be much easier.
