Hi all, I've been asking my SA for bag availabilities since early this month and she kept saying they are out of all mini bags and no other bags that I am looking for, is this what you've been experienced? I haven't visited the store and didn't buy anything thru her since SIP, I guess this might be the reason she doesn't have anything for me? I didn't only ask for bags but also shoes, she said they will have new shipments next month but she will not know what the shipment will be....

Yes it's true. Very few bag shipments even for a regular month (kind of like a normal year's august I feel like) not to be compared with last December. This year nicer bags came early (think September/October) then for whatever reasons, smaller bags are not on the horizon till the new year. And it's the same for SF I think.

Not any easier. Someone from that store just posted her new bright yellow b25 for a 1:2 ratio and many people are on the list for smaller bags.

No, some of my friends just started their Hermès journey from last month, only one month using not even 1:1 ratio than got their dream bags. They got b25 and k25 with neutral colors. That’s why I thought I should change the store

I would consider those extremely lucky. Of course it's always a different journey for everyone so there is no sure way to know.

Well if there’s only one I would say that’s lucky. But I know at least 5 people got their dream bag already in sf ><
Interesting... Maybe because I have no intention switching, so only those who are frustrated with the other store came to me. I saw that you mentioned some of your friends got 25s last month (as a first bag with reasonable spending) - this would only frustrate those that have a history at the other store even more, as a lot of them have spent way more for their second/third bags and were told to wait.

Regardless, it's important to find a SA that you feel comfortable working with and establish a longterm relationship. Bags will come.

Chiming in here as an SF shopper. SAs at SF can see all of your purchases at PA. If you decide to move to SF, be prepared to spend more to get a bag as they are not fond of store hoppers. The SM and some of the senior staff at PA came from SF and they still talk to each other.

As @kleider mentioned, it matters more about your relationship with your SA and also what your spending history is (aka category of goods you buy).

Agree!!!! I think finding a good SA feel comfortable is really important

Hi, does anyone have a recommendation for a leather cleaner? Wanting to get my Hermes leather jackets cleaned. My local dry cleaner stretched out the one I sent to them before so I'm turning to the experts here for recommendations on laundries
