Hey guys, hope you all had a great Christmas! Looking for some advice on getting a mini Roulis at the PA store. I've never shopped at a Hermes boutique before but heard stories about how Roulis can be difficult to get. I didn't spend anything on myself during Christmas, my birthday is coming up and I also got a promotion so I thought it's the perfect chance to start searching for a mini Roulis. Should I go into the store and ask about a min Roulis or should I start with something else first and see? Thanks!

Since mini roulis are available on H.com (unlike b/k/c), the sa is able to look at inventory at all US stories. It really depends on the SA and if they are willing to order from another store and get it sent to PA. The store with the mini roulis woild then “trade” inventory with your home store or you can purchase indirectly from them. Roulis are often sought after, so keep in mind the other store reserves the right to decline your home store’s request. Good luck!!

That's a tricky one. I don't purchase a lot, but I fly out often, more domestic but at least 4-5 international trips a year. All of my domestic flights are United, i.e., Terminal 3, adjacent to the Terminal G of International. Every time I fly out / in I always try to make it to the airport store.
Granted I can't buy anything if I'm just flying domestic, but I at least get to browse and then ask them to put items on hold. It's never large purchases because I always bring carry ons whenever I travel internationally, so I can't buy anything that don't fit in my carry on, so it's only things like shoes, silks, some RTWs and in one occasion a small rose gold bracelet.
IMHO I don't think it's so much the $ value as it is the 'relationship' you build with the workers. They're all really lovely and willing to work with you (they would hold stuff for me for weeks because I have to time my purchase with my international trips). The good thing is, you get to save on tax so yay! DM me if you need more info.

Hi all! I finally emailed to my SA for the first time and asked about PM rodeo, a pair of mules, and twilly I saw on H US website. She said she hasn’t receive any PM size rodeos recently. For other items, she will let me know when receive in the store. Those products I requested were available on H US website. Can SA order the products for their customers? Such as shoes and twilly. I am a little worry about the stock level.... any suggestions would be great. Thanks in advance

@Michellebb1229, I don’t think the SA from the store can order from h.com. They can only get the items from other h store that are in the same network - can trade.

The SA just need to check. My SA does this when they don’t have the items or sizes in the store. You can ask your SA to check for you. I don’t know whether certain items can or can’t be transferred though. I know yes for shoes/RTW/jewelry/bags. I did it in the past.

To add to this, SA can only transfer items after the item has been at another store for 30 days. Can’t transfer b/k/c for obvious reasons.

My SA said GT at Palo Alto will be coming towards the end of the year because that was my wish for this semester.

No not GT. The very last time I updated my wishlist I gave 3 choices to my SA and honestly had no idea what I could get, or if I would be offered anything before the semester ends.

Good luck! GT is such a beautiful neutral and it's worth the wait.
