Interesting to hear - and disappointing you experienced this multiple times. How is it typically supposed to work? I've only been in a couple of Hermes retail stores before, and they were not very busy, so I could easily get my questions answered. It seems like even a sign-up sheet, though old-fashioned, would help solve matters!I hope they take feedback seriously and make changes. I've had the same experience as you multiple times since it's opening. I've had to wait 20-30 mins for help even at non busy times. I hope it's just a staffing issue since the location is new.
