Love this store! I try to make it in at least once a week. All of the sales associates are nice and friendly. I plan on going in later today after work.
Has anyone placed a special order there yet? Is it open for the season?
My dream is to place one!!

Update- DH, who is terrible at secrets, was offered a B for my Christmas present! While I was nervous about starting over at a new store (we have a wonderful SA in SF) we really didn’t have to wait long to “establish a relationship”. I don’t think we did anything special to be offered a bag, just popped in from time to time and only bought things I really wanted (scarves, bracelets, SLGs). I wondered a bit whether they were hoarding coveted bags since opening in anticipation of the holiday season, for those clients who have established relationships with their store (total conjecture).

Congrats - so happy to hear. Exactly what I felt about this location. Too bad it’s not my home store. And yes, please post pix!

I emailed my SA (only worked with her that first and only visit in July) to inquire if it’s worth a visit to the boutique for another Evie (this time in noir w. ghw) this close to the holidays (I drop into the area on the 20th). She answered the same day and has held my selection since last week. She’s even looking to place aside the carre wash I want. This is truly service as I’ve only been to this location once. I emailed her today just to check in, and not surprising she answered back quickly. I really can’t wait to step into this boutique again next week! Good job Palo Alto!

BTW I stopped in this weekend and asked if they had a noir GHW Evie to see if you had already taken her... and they told me "no" - they really are holding it for you! :) Super good service.

:yahoo:I told the SA that I like to pack light when I travel so I’m not bringing any handbag. I’m going to step off the plane, get my car, go to the dentist then head to H to purchase evie and immediately carry her out the door (hopefully with some other scarves as well).
