I went to the dinner last night for Mystery at the Grooms’. It was in the same location as the Chapter 2 runway show last year, but the set up was totally different. They had 6 different themed rooms and the game was to look for different horse icons on the items in the room. Sometimes you had to get clues from the staffers to open a safe or a box. It was basically an immersive display experience/ 3-D ad promo for their products, but it was cute and the displays were fun. The food spread was also very good, cocktails were delicious, and I had nice conversations with the US president of Hermes and a few of the store directors in NYC. It was a nice night!

Hi, does anyone know any trick on how to book a ticket for this Mystery at the Grooms' event on H website? I tried several slots that are showing available but nowhere to click to proceed with the booking. TIA!

I believe they are all fully booked unless they say "X Slots Available". For slots available times, the next page looks like this:

Is anyone going to the RTW trunk show next week? It’s my first time being invited to an event like this so any tips / what to expect would be appreciated! My SA told me we’ll be able to order items & place deposits on the day of our appt. Are QBs usually offered then as well?

Yes today and through the week at Madison. People who express an interest in RTW or whose SAs think that they will like the offerings go. Only buy what you love and fits perfectly that you feel is worth the money in cost per wear. For RTW, those criteria should be met.

If something isn’t perfect, there will always be another collection, and SAs would rather you be certain than buy and return or regret. Items are available for purchase; you can also make sure your name is down for items that have yet to arrive.

Whether a QB is offered IMO has more to do with your SA relationship than anything else

Thank you! I love the zipped cardigan, cashmere sweater, and white jacket you tried on. I’ve been looking at the pieces available on the website ahead of time & am looking forward to seeing these / the short polo dress in person!

I have an amazing relationship with my SA, but my last QB was early April. I’ve shopped consistently since then, but I’m not sure if Madison’s SM is a stickler about spacing out offers. I’m in no rush and am happy to keep waiting - was just more so curious if QB offers were common at these events to prepare myself (and DH!) if an offer this week was a possibility😆

It's likely too soon for another QB but I wouldn't be surprised to see a non QB offer if your spend is good since then.

For those who ordered pieces at Madison this week off the mannequins (and were therefore unable to try them on to see if they fit well), does it negatively impact your profile / SA if you don’t purchase when it arrives at the store?

Nope. There is no obligation. Even if you order something that you have tried on. But, I don’t preorder unless I’m really pretty sure I will take it. (You can always ask if the store has ordered enough that it might not be a problem to decide later.

Having said that, I would personally recommend refraining from preordering a large number of items that the store may find hard to move if you choose not to take them.

I was on instagram and saw an Hermes scarf influencer (I think…not too sure I don’t follow her content) at Madison and there was a small snippet of this gorgeous Kelly with a cheetah design on it that reminded me of the jungle love scarf design. Do any of you lovely people have pics/info on this lovely bag on display at Madison? Or could anyone snap pics if you swing by? I’m not a local to NYC and I used to swing by Madison for funsies when I used to travel to HQ for work but not doing that as much anymore. I’d just love to learn more because it looks amazing!
