Am reading from both Hermes Singapore and Hermes Malaysia threads and found huge price inconsistency between 2 countries.

The price for Kelly wallet in Epsom I read from Hermes Sg thread was $4540 which is equivalent to RM11,350 at exchange rate of 1:2.5. And I read that the price of Kelly wallet at KLIA is only RM10,200? It's 11% more expensive in SG for Kelly wallet.

I also read that the leather animal key charm is RM850 in KL but these are only retailing at $240 each in SG which is RM600. Then the leather animal key charm is 42% more expense in MYS.

I am confused now. I have always thought the price should somehow follow a certain exchange rate converted from Euro which means the difference of the items should be of the same %. It shouldn't be in the case like this.

Can some TPFers confirm again on the MYS price for the Kelly wallet and the leather key charm?

it depends on the animal charm. Like for this year dragon charm which follow the chinese zodiac calender, is actually SGD 360.

Sorry, I can't help with the retail prices in Sg and Kl, but prices for every animal leather keychain/charm is different. The more material they use and more complicated the design to make, the higher the price. They all are not the same price.
And I believe the percentage of price difference between Eu and other countries are all different, including Sg and My.

I was at KLIA on 31st December and they'd had a LOT of scarves! Compared to the Pavilion boutique, which were bare, KLIA was a boon for scarves. KLIA also had a gold Evelynne and a blue Picotin (sorry I wasn't sure if it were Mykonos or Bleu Electrique).
