Yes you can just go and ask them..if they don't have, go back again and ask..I have done that with the local LV store..and about to do the same with local H too..I had to throw the H box..was way too big for my luggage.

No, didn't make any payment as seller claim it is used bag and a gift and he declared a lower value. I can only guess that my package was detained probably because the package was pretty big or maybe I'm just plain out of luck for being randomly picked.

Do you know if the buyer could return the bag to the seller (and get full refund) if say the buyer is not happy with the bag? If yes within how many days should one return?
