Lucky you - did you just walk in and ask to be on the waiting list? Or did you have to buy other things before being offered? Was there last month - they said the list was closed.

Hi Noneeta! Yes! I did. I even spent a round trip ticket and 2 nights stay in hotel just to fetch the bag. They dont want to send it.
Lucky for having the bag and unlucky for spending too much.. Hahahaha.

Hi! I just asked if they have any Birkin or Kelly onhand, as expected, "NONE". The SA told me I should be on the Waitlist.
So I asked if I can place an order. She just wrote it on a piece of paper. I thought the ordering was just nothing.
I didn't buy any at the store that time.
Although it took exactly 2 years, I'm happy that they took my order seriously.

To get a B/ K/ L in specific color, size, leather, HW- must learn to sacrifice & compromised.
I'm still waiting for my HG Lindy's in specific size 30 & color. I don't want to compromise but willing to sacrifice if it's available.:graucho:

Hi, I was in Japan last week and I guessed what?? I bought an etain birkin 35 ghw and a brown Kelly 40 phw. I was popping into every Hermes store that I see. I think Japan gets stocks everyday. Not a lot but at least they dont have to wait. There's a new rule that each person is only allowed to buy a birkin/kelly for a year. So I guess I was lucky. However the price is slightly higher than other countries.
