I'm not sure if it's the norm, but I'm also dealing with similar issues where the SA i have been with shopping on and off since Covid never really contacts me on anything I've asked to keep an eye on and I'm also always the one reaching out...hope it gets better for us!

Just wondering how hard it is to get a Picotin 18 in a classic colour combo? Do I need a pre-spend for it? Will it hurt my chances in getting a QB bag if that is the first bag I ask for? I just started my Hermes journey and only spent about $1k with my SA but she is absolutely lovely and I adore her.

No it won’t hurt since you are at the start. If they have it they will bring out for you.
so is it ok for me to email my SA and tell her I am looking for a Picotin 18 and to let me know when she receives one in stock?
Yes, if you don’t ask your SA won’t know what you want. Also, letting him/her know in advance will allow them time to keep an eye out for you.

Must have address on it. In a pinch they'll also accept picture ID along with something like a bank statement or utility bill that has your name and address on it, but I would give your SA a head up in advance.
