Hi! First off, don’t worry too much. I actually had a very non traditional first couple experiences too. My SA offered me a small bearn wallet, i declined. She then offered me a picotin, which I also declined like I straight up told her to only contact me for a B. Lol..Needless to say, we still have a great relationship and I go in purchasing items I actually love and am after. I’m pretty close to you (location wise) so if I were to guess, there’s not much bag stock coming in. That’s true for my store and it’s a very competitive store similar to Vancouver. As an example, my SA hasn’t seen a Constance wallet, bag or anything with that big H in her words for over 10 months. So, I don’t think your SA is ignoring you, I don’t think she has much to offer, depending on what you’ve asked for and how specific or not it is.Hi all! Fairly new to Hermes and just wanted to get some advice and tips. When I started shopping here I didn't know the etiquette and I feel like I've been doing everything backwards. I started shopping with my SA in 2021 when we still had strict covid protocols. My first time, she offered me coffee and I declined and she offered me a bag which I declined I didn't even look at it. My husband and I were there just for some house things, shoes, accessories, I really wasn't looking for a bag. SILLY SILLY ME, sooooo uneducated and in hindsight I feel so foolish to have even come into the store not doing any due diligence. it's been 2 years since then. We travelled a lot in 2022 and haven't been in town, so this year I've been making more of an effort to go in every couple of months when I'm home. When I see my SA she's so great and we have a great time shopping and catch up, but when I ask her to let me know about non quota stuff I feel like she doesn't reach out to me. I feel like I'm losing out on potential bag offers, is it because I need to go into store more often? Spend more money? I am not sure if my etiquette is up to standards.
Has she contacted you about non quota bag offers at all since you said you’ve been going into the store more regularly this year.Hi all! No, she does not contact me regarding anything at all. I am always the one reaching out, not sure if that's just the norm.Has she contacted you about non quota bag offers at all since you said you’ve been going into the store more regularly this year.
Hi everyone!
Currently in Vancouver for less than 24 hours. Is Hermes cheaper here than in US?
TIA
The silks are cheaper. 90cm silks are $510 USD compared to $550CAD, so with exchange at about 30% you’ll save on those. The CSGMs will only work out to be maybe a hundred dollars cheaper.Hi everyone!
