Yes I sent a bag in for repair before. They will ship it to Paris and then email you to give you a quote and what can be repaired. Mine took about 6 months

I believe they are mostly made to order. There’s a whole book of options (wheel options, colors, zipper placements etc) and they start around $8k USD and quickly increases from there, I think. Yes, your store will be thrilled.
