H stores now prefer selling to loyal local customers with good buying history!! They would not tell what they have in stock!! Also I think the sales kinda need manager's approval for giving the bags to customers!! I have heard from friends that they almost spent 20k for a B on non-leather stuff such as jewelry, watch, china, clothes...etc! I think that's basically the H new policy!

So there's no chance for me to walk in to buy bracelets, or a belt? They're not bags though...
How can I request for them to be on the look out for these specific items then if it is my first time visiting the store? I have no purchase history or anything like that...
I have been on a 'waiting list' for any CDCs that becomes avail, a belt kit and a scarf since the beginning of May and I haven't heard from them. To be realistic, I would never expect to hear from them!
That's horrible..did you just go once? Or do you regularly visit the store? I would think atleast there should be some belts, but there's none as well? I'm not surprised with CDC...
I'm looking for a CDC, Kelly Dog, or belt kit as well. Are they really that difficult to come across? I was going to go in and put my name on the waitlist as soon as I'm back from my holiday...

Since the stock is low, existing customers with buying history probably get priority first and who will turn down a CDC or KD when they are on the waitlist?
However, belts should be easier to get. You might want to give them a call just to follow up.

I think as someone else mentioned earlier, they prefer to sell to someone who are not just into B or K, they prefer to sell to someone who appreciate H in the bigger scheme of things, most of the SA there are very friendly.
What would you think would be the best approach to get my hands on a CDC?
On my first visit, should I look around, and ask for a SA to contact me if there's any CDCs available? (Will the SA even contact me if I don't buy anything from him or her? They might think I'm playing around and don't have the money to buy it)
Or should I continually go into the boutique every week or so, and see if they have any on display and ask different SAs to be on the lookout for me?Thanks for answering!
I am not sure how you can, but maybe more frequent visit to the store? Everyone has been asking for CDC, maybe not everyone, but a lot of us wanting the same thing.
It is not about you have money to buy or not, just a lot of SA would probably offer to existing customer than walk in or customer with no buying history. But you just never know, you might be in luck.
Do you know what the availability are for enamels like the H-clic clac in wide (not the thin one, or the XL one, the one in between)? I'm looking for those in gHW with no specific colour combination. Are those more readily in stock?
Quick, there is a lindy 26 (2 tone Inside color different it's the new brown color but I forgot the official name) and a gold lindy 34 on display at Vancouver Hermes today! Also a evelyne gm in the new blue Lin color on shelf - all ready to go home with you. =)
