Hello everyone. I’m very new to the Hermes “game” I’ve done quite a bit of research but don’t know how to start. Of course the dream would be to have a k28 noir gold or rose gold hardware. But I would like a halzan, della, and picotin to start. I know these ones are not as popular as BCK. I’m currently in Vancouver and I am moving here soon permanently. How is shopping at Hermes here? With my age I’m always hesitant to go in as sometimes they don’t treat you well given I’m 21. I would also like a few rodeos but was wondering how is stock for them. Any info would be appreciated. I would to share my experience and conversation I had with my SA. I started my Hermes journey 4 months ago.
I have to mention that I am not very happy with Hermes Security in the store, it is very very uncomfortable browsing around with 10 eyes following everywhere you go. On my recent appointment I asked my SA about how to create a wishlist, and how to get QB. She said that QB offers depend on your SA. You have to come to store often. She meant that you have to come to store every month and shop. She said "Some people come after 2-3 months to shop and they don't get offers for years." I was literally sitting there thinking, I can't force myself to shop every month for stuff I don't need, just for sake of SA relationship. So, my plan is to shop for things, I really love and want.
Let's see how long it take for QB.

Also, I am not happy and comfortable with my SA. She keeps jumping to different people, in my scheduled appointment. Has this happened to any of you? I feel like we both aren't able to warm up and connect. Should I change my SA or give other try?

The whole purpose of scheduled appointment is to have undivided attention from your SA. I would say change it your SA.
I completely understand how you feel! Especially if you’re willing to spend $$$, tbh my last interaction with my SA was similar and I haven’t been back to see her in months. I’m on the fence with switching SA’s too but the reason why I haven’t is because I have a spend history with her. I wish you lots of luck and hopefully you find a SA that you can connect with!
Hi, I was offered a Nata with phw and Gold with ghw, both exactly as requested. Though no official pre-spend for Picotin, "loyalty" is appreciated and taken into consideration. So I can't say exactly what my "pre-spend" for them were, but at the time of me getting the Nata at the beginning of 2022, I was at $22000 and wait was about a little over 1 week. Then for the Gold in late last year, I was at around $140000, the wait was 5 weeks from requesting it. If it seems high, keep in mind I did also got a K25 Etoupe with ghw a month after and another Evelyn tmp also in Etoupe and ghw 6 days after that.
Thank you for sharing. I just wanted to set realistic expectations for getting a picotin and I think I can safely abandon my hopes of it, thank you!
Just wondering for your prespend total, did you include leather goods as well? 140k seems quite high :o
Oh please don't. I'd suggest keep buying what you love and have use for, I'm sure you'll be offered one. People used to be able to get these bags walk in, sure it is harder to get and more people are wanting them nowadays, but not impossible at all! And forget about the pre spend, what other people bought and how they got theirs. Just enjoy your own shopping experience and I think the best thing for anyone on their "H bag journey" is to treat these H bags casually like if they were just another LV or Dior, like no big deals.

No, I did not include any bags, nor SLGs, but I did include belts, other leather homeware and leather shoes.
I don't think I have a definitive pre spend for bags at this point, it was just the amount up till the point I got offered the second Picotin. And I haven't been counting pre spend for bags, I've been just buying what I love and have use for, like furniture, light fixtures and my jewelry purchases have always been pavé, so the spending would be a little high
And the spending might seem high for bags, but my offers haven been absolutely amazing last year, so no complaints
