Need help with the new walk-in policy, I understand there are no more appointments at the store, walk in only and first come first serve. Would anyone know how that works when you have had a dedicated SA?
I messaged my SA and they said I could come in when they are at the store, should I just walk in and wait for my SA?

I would like to know more as well. I thought SA’s were still taking appointments on certain dates.

As of last Thursday, I was told:
  • Monday-Wednesday appointments are possible, but not required
  • Thursday-Saturday are for walk-ins only
  • 40-minute max visit time
  • may have to wait outside for an SA to be available
I'm going to try my luck tomorrow. My last experience (nearly a year ago!) was not great: had an appointment, SA was double-booked, had to wait outside, ended up being "assisted" by a backroom staffer with very little product knowledge, bought nothing, sad.

Quick update on my post - I went in today, no appointment. My SA mentioned its a walk-in policy only for now but I could coordinate with them on the days they are at the store. The store ambience seemed quite relaxed today, there were several walk-in customers casually browsing the store on their own.

I saw a cute bubblegum pink / Navy blue Herbag 31 and a black canvas Garden Party 36 on display.

Ahh I see. Congrats on your anniversary! I’m sorry to hear the offer was a to go  yes b30 and k28 will be easier to come by since all the smaller sizes b25/k25 are very high in demand. I’m from the YYC store but did hear that YVR has a higher competition but I would think your prespend would be more than enough. B25s are easier than k25s. I would just drop hints to your SAs to see how inventory is coming along and whether a bag would be possible for this year and whether it’s possible to get a b25 instead because you’ve tried a b30 and it was too big for your liking. When I first started my journey my SA told me they didn’t offer to clients that have shopped less than 6 months - I’m not sure how true this is, and if yes it probably one of those things that apply only to Canada. I got my b25 after spending slightly over 1:1 on my 8th month with my SA.
May I ask how that ratio is calculated? Does it count smaller bag purchases like picotin? Also, do the $ expire? If I had purchased a scarf two years ago, a bag last year, some jewelry earlier this year, does everything add up or everything clears up in a year? Thanks

everything builds up and $$ will reset once you are offered a b/k

Friday appointments are still a go ;)

How difficult is it to buy a Lindy 26 bag from Hermes Vancouver? I only purchased one item so far in my account. Thanks!
I wonder too.
I went into the Vancouver Hermes for the first time. No purchase history. Bought a Kelly belt and card holder and the SA asked if I was looking for any bags/purses. I told her I’m looking for picotin 18 and lindy 26 and she said they don’t have those in stock. Only Picotin 22 bicolour. She wrote down my wish list and told me she will let me know when they have it in stock. She said the wait is upwards of 1 month as they get very little stock of those 2 bags esp in the colours I’m looking for etoupe and gold. She also said it’s not impossible to get, it’s just there’s a wait. So I’m hopeful.

Overall my first experience there was pretty good. Probably because I had very low expectations after reading numerous reviews of poor or non existent customer service. My SA said I could email her to check in on my wish list bags or to let her know if I’m looking for anything else.
