Always has been 2 (1 per half year), but some SAs tell their clients different things for various reasons. For example, Constance bags in TO are non-quota bags, but some people's SAs have said it's a quota and can only get that.

I agree. I kind of had a feeling it depends on how much your SA likes you and how much of a big spender you are. My SA did say constance is a quota bag when I asked before but she also did offer one to me after my birkin and asked for a mini kelly. I turned it down thinking all my prespend will count towards that instead. I will verify with her next month. I just got a lindy this month so I don't want to keep bombarding her with bags request haha
It is not 2 per year as a general rule. Constance can go either way for ruling out a QB in the same year. It is more likely to rule it out but depends on the customer. Check with your SA to be sure what will apply to you and it always changes! Do not expect 2 QB a year as you will most likely be disappointed.
My SA said Constance is not a QB so I did get a Birkin and a Constance in the same calendar year. Before I got my Constance, I did have some prespend after I got my Birkin, it was roughly 1:1 (price of a Constance). It looks like most people want Birkin or Kelly and Constance is just not as popular as the other two cause my friends were always saying they declined Constance offer.
I assume if Constance was counted as a QB then my prespend would need to reset but i do think it really depends on SA and the store and their moods. 😂

Interesting, I was told around 2 weeks ago by my SA Constance is a qb, and my gf who went in the day after me (different SA) also said she was told constance was a qb
I was also told by my SA that 2 was the qb yearly limit, however for a few select VIPs there have actually been 3 given this year
Luckily 1 qb a year is enough for me 😆
Yeah I think it is a bit strange we are hearing different things.
The only thing I noticed differently is that when I checked out my Birkin earlier this year, the store manager was there to check my ID and everything. But when I checked out Constance no such thing happened, just like a regular shopping trip.
I think whether you get 1 or 2 (or even 3) really depends on your spending. We got a birkin in March and in July my SA asked if we want any other bags in our wish list and we told her a K25 or mini K. Since then I have gone in a few more times and I asked recently again if I can get a mini K for my wife for our anniversary and she said she will try her best but it did sounded like she want to wait for the new year (I think she is expecting push back from the manager). Then two weeks ago she asked if I wanted a constance. I didn't want it to hurt my chace of getting a kelly so I declined. Based on what everyone says here, it seems like the constance is used as a filler. If you request two QBs and the manager/SA doesn't want to give it to you, they will tell u constance is a QB and give that to you instead.
I didn’t get any qb this year, but I did get 3 non-qb and really want a Constance this year, but my SA said I have to wait till next year since Constance is not a qb and I’ve already reached my non-qb limit 😭 I even asked if I can have a Constance instead of a qb and she said no 🥹

I can attest to that. Last year I had majority of my spending before christmas and I got my Birkin next March. If it is by annual calendar, I wouldn't have spent enough.
On the phone the sa(the number) only sees a couple of years of spending and resets after a quota but the sm can see all spending before approving a bag offer.
Does anyone know if it would be appropriate to send your SA an edible gift (to be shared with all the staff)? I don't want to get my SA in trouble, but would love to send an appreciation/holiday gift. I live far from the city, so would just be looking to have it delivered to the store. Has anyone done this before in Toronto?
