No purchase history. I've only ever bought a twilly in Toronto. My history wasn't even discussed. I just asked for a Picotin and was just shown the new collegiate one with felt and patch pocket but I asked for a bright colour and out came one!

Same thing happened to me. My first visit I inquired about the garden party and was offered one the same day. I refused it because it wasn’t my style. But considering all of the negative reviews from people who’ve visited TO, my first and second visit has been great.
