Hoping to get some advice / guidance on this situation... I purchased a 90 double face scarf from our Toronto store in July. I was looking at the receipt today, and I just noticed that the sale was processed under a different account (different name & ID# on the receipt). At first I thought that maybe my SA had included the wrong receipt, but looking at the receipt, it's for a scarf that I purchased on that date (same colourway) and my credit card info....
Should I contact my SA about this? Should I contact H customer service? Is it even worth making an inquiry about this and requesting that the purchase be placed on my account?
