If anyone here travels to the usa a lot then hermes there can send it off for you. I was last year offered this service in Boston when chatting with the sa about our store not cleaning scarves.

When they send it off, does it get shipped back to you in Toronto or do you have to go back and pick it up from the Hermes store there?

Hermes Toronto can send your scarf or shawl to Paris to be cleaned and have maintenance though they can not repair it entirely for pulled threads etc. It’s more expensive than cleaning at a dry cleaner in Toronto and it does take a while. It’s an after sales paid for service. Same with shoes etc.

Here you go, @themk888 (finally!). My Day Sneakers! I have had these just over a year. My SA (who is no longer with Hermès) scored me the last pair.

I also picked up two other goodies from the boutique two weeks ago - including my first bag!

CDC ring in silver - last one in my size!

Evelyne TPM in Beige Marfa - was not expecting to land a bag until the fall, but my new SA is amazing!

Thank you so much for remembering! I actually just went to the boutique but my SA barely had options for the Day Sneaker… they don’t even display them anymore! So weird how all of a sudden the day sneakers aren’t on display and she said that they’re super popular nowadays. Here’s the 2 I tried at the Toronto boutique.

Congrats on your first bag!!! Beige Marfa is such a great neutral colour that will amazing with your Day Sneaker! Cute CDC ring too!

I’ve noticed quite a few SAs leaving H Toronto, so I’m glad that you found a new SA that you love!

I noticed that there were much fewer mens shoes on display than I recall from the past. I'm pretty new to Hermes. How many SAs do you think have left lately?
