Under 2:1 for my B30 last year and 2:1 for my MK recently.Just curious if anyone has recently had a qb offer in the past year or so with a ratio less than 2:1? Trying to temper my expectations as I’m approaching 2:1

My firstHi,
Just wanted to know if u already own a mk or is this ur first?

I think I saw on the forum that you can hand wash them and lay flat to dry. YouTube also have some videos but try at your own risk LOL 😝Does anyone know of a good dry cleaner for H silks in Toronto/GTA area that they have used and would recommend?
Does Hermès Toronto have one that they recommend to clients?
I hand-wash my silks with Laundress detergent as many recommended here and dry them on a towel. Works well.I think I saw on the forum that you can hand wash them and lay flat to dry. YouTube also have some videos but try at your own risk LOL 😝
Yes! Except the Laundress sadly no longer sells/ships to Canada. However, The Cashmere Shop, in Yorkville, sells their own Cashmere and Wool Shampoo. It says it can be used for other delicate items. I used it for my silk pillowcases and pjs (from Lily Silk) and had no issues. Try calling both stores (Hermès and Cashmere Shop) to see what they recomend (i.e., if H has any suggestions, and if CS says that their shampoo can be used for really delicate silk items). Years ago, I used Sunlight to wash a vintage Chanel scarf, and it was fine!I hand-wash my silks with Laundress detergent as many recommended here and dry them on a towel. Works well.
I remember reading that Hermes recommended ashford cleaners, but I never used them.
Not a bad idea, but I would be a little scared to clean it myself since I don't want to make the colours less vibrant. It's just some dried up vinaigrette on the silk twillies that a waiter spilled onto my bag. It's not too dark, but noticeable to say the least.I think I saw on the forum that you can hand wash them and lay flat to dry. YouTube also have some videos but try at your own risk LOL 😝

Hermes Toronto no longer recommends any particular dry cleaner. However they use to recommend ashford. I have gone to ashford a few times and the cost was about 25-30 per scarf and they do a good job.I hand-wash my silks with Laundress detergent as many recommended here and dry them on a towel. If anyone here travels to the usa a lot then hermes there can send it off for you. I was last year offered this service in Boston when chatting with the sa about our store not cleaning scarves.
