BUTTT... I can tell you that there is a Geta in Nata Mysore in the solo display, a Mini Plume Chaine in Beton? Ostrich PHW, a couple MJs, and I think an In-The-Loop in Orange. Displays might have changed by now since it's well into August.

I noticed new displays today!

A super cute Bollide on wheels “family” display with the charm.
A mini Lindy touch in craie (I think). I’m not as svelte as taking pics unfortunately lol but the store was buzzing

The new AW magazine is out - I got it in store, did anyone get a mailer?

They have a BOW display with only BOW charms or with an actual BOW bag? Which BOWs/BOWs charms colours did you see?

They had the BOW charms, BOW & plain bolide in one shelf. The exotics birkin & kelly are covered with the 'new' checkered pattern raincoats. Dolly is hidden; colourmatic birkin is back out; a canvas in-the-loop, a citron/jaune naples pico. new charms are on display as well.

I am planning a trip to the boutique and unfortunately I’ve been told that my SA has left the company. Once again I’m back to square one. Are wishes registered on a standard system? I’m over 1:1 and starting with a new SA gives me little hope of a much desired Kelly. I don’t know what to do or if I should continue playing the game. I love Hermes but the heavy turnover has me rethinking my journey. Any advice 🥹😭?

How did you learn that your SA has left the company? Did you receive a generalized email? Did you contact the store to try to book an appt and they told you that way?

Will reply to my own question in case it may be relevant to other people.
I spoke to my SA a few days ago about repairs: typically takes 3months+ as they ship to Paris for repairs, they expect an item to be dry cleaned, or else they can dry clean themselves and just send you a bill. Looks like they first send pictures of an item to Paris, who is going to confirm repairability and give a quote to do the work.
