Hermes in the DUTY FREE, airport list!

I totally agree, and plus you don't have to wait in line to get the tax refund paperwork done nor wait a few weeks for the refund $ back in the cc. But it's really a game of luck, many times they don't have any bag at all.

If you were to buy something from one of the three boutiques in Paris instead of the airport one, do you still have to line up to get the tax refund? Or, do they do it directly from the stores?

Line up for heaven's sake a long q, sometimes if you don't have enough time to boarding you must just clench your teeth and weep away the glorious tax refund.

When you buy at Hermes boutiques or any other non-duty-free stores in Europe, the price you pay is VAT-included. You can claim VAT refund as long as the purchase is more than 175 euros, and yes you have to line up at the airport to get that refund either in cash or back in your credit card in a few billing cycles. The only thing a store will do for you probably is to give you 2 receipts - one for you, one for custom purposes.

It came in just they were still unpacking stuff.

There should be a Rose J Evelyne long wallet and an orange bearn as well.

I called T1 in the afternoon and they said no lindy probably all gone! Or they don't disclose over the phone?

Would airport accept reservations & disclose whether they have lindy? Im wondering if I should call a few days before departure.... Not sure if I have the time to hunt all the stores at the different terminal before boarding!
