Yes you get VAT refund from Mexico but it can take up to 4 months, i got mine in 3 months and got about 5% instead of 8.9% which is what they tell you in stores. And yes you will need to pay import taxes to the US if you ship it over
Hi! I will be going to mexico city and noticed there were four hermes stores. Has anyone gone recently? Does on have more inventory then the other? I’m also wondering how pricing compares to the US... Thnx!
It is a little more expensive in Mexico with the exchange rate with silk. I purchased a silk tie in Guadalajara for about $240 us dollars when I could of got it here for $214.
