Congratulations! So beautiful and great colour - Noir is so classic! Some of you may remember my post from a little while back about being in Perth, and trying to get my hands on a B. Well, hubby has built great rapport with various SA’s in Melbourne, and we’ve been over to see them a few times and guess what? Taaa daa! We were offered one within 6 months of being on the waiting list! It’s my 30th Birthday present, so I can’t do a full reveal until April. I’m hoping to get two more B’s. Does anyone know if it’s difficult to get the colours Craie and Rose Sakura in Australia?
Hi there - I just spoke to Customer Service over the phone a few days ago and all purchases whether online or instore IS listed in your history. It’s all one system in Australia, from what she said.Hi, not sure about the first question, but I know that they can see your online purchase history. I believe that they can't see your purchase history in other countries. I also think (although someone please confirm?) that your spending should all be In the same store i.e. online doesn't count.
Yes, I've seen my customer profile and it listed things I'd bought online and in-store. But the key thing about the purchase history is that it's not JUST about showing you're a loyal Hermes customer. The stores get commission on your purchases, and they have sales quotas to meet, so of course they will first offer coveted Birkins, Kellys, Constances etc. to people who spend money in-store. (As a general rule. There are always exceptions.)Hi there - I just spoke to Customer Service over the phone a few days ago and all purchases whether online or instore IS listed in your history. And as it should! Purchases online and instore should be the same, sometimes they don’t have what you want instore. The only downside is lack of interaction w your SA.

There is a wait list, since the stores are genuinely limited in stock.
I would directly tell them that you're interested in a B or K and see what they say. It seems quite variable so it would be good to find out from them where you stand. Thanks for the reply Apricots. Glad I am not the only one awake this late!
I didn’t know they got commission, I heard they didn’t get commission at Hermès so that’s news to me!
Now I wonder if I should bite the bullet and buy a bunch for things that I love at once?! I have being purchasing gradually, slowly building my history, trying to space out my purchases but now I am thinking I might be going about this the wrong way. Not sure what would get me to the point of being loyal enough to offered a B or K.
I hear so many different methods that I am just about to give up! Don’t get me wrong, I will still purchase at Hermès (how can I not) but yeah maybe my dream bag is not attainable.
