Lindy is not too hard to get. Please contact local store for stock search or leave your details with online store. Then they will notify you when the bag arrive.
I have never claimed tax refund at the airport but my dad had gone through this last year. He didn't have a full name on the receipt but there wasn't any problem. We logged the claim online and he told me the officer only roughly checked the item. I think should be okay as long as you have the right item with receipt. Double check it with the Hermes Sydney thread, members are more active and will probably have a better knowledge. All the best. =)
