Can I just say how much I love the Melbourne store !!!!!!!!!! I am from Sydney, but twice now I rang them and they are super helpful and had just what I needed. I have to go to Melbourne just to drop off some treats for them !

Jacques was so nice! I can't believe he left, I believe he was the assistant manager? He was my aunty's SA, also served me a few times too, she moved overseas but she would be so sad to hear that he left Hermes.

I rang the melb store and ask for lindy today. The girl picked up the call n said they don't have any bags in store! No lindy, no bags at all in the store!!

Do u know how much lindy bags are in aud atm?

Hello.Blueboxes, i never been to melbourne H store. Do they have many stocks compare to sydney?

I have always found exactly what I was looking for after Sydney didn't have the stock.
My Hippopolis Scarf came from there ( last one in the country ), and my Ullysse Notebook ( which was also the last in the country at the time ). I order via phone, so not sure what their actual store is like.

The store is lovely and I always look forward to going there when in Melbourne. Like Blueboxes, I'm from Sydney and hardly ever find what I'm looking for here.

Melbourne store is much bigger, scarves and enamel/leather jewellery on ground floor and shoes, clothes, home products and more jewellery like silver etc upstairs. Always worth a visit, and agree, the SA's are so helpful and always seems to be SA around to serve you quickly.

Hi ladies, I've just been lucky enough to be offered a Birkin at the Melbourne the store. I was too excited and only heard the sales assistant tell me the colour was Tan. I've tried to google tan and i'm not sure what kind of shade it can be. Can any of you ladies help me out? Is there a tan for this season? Is tan considered gold?
