Thx 336! Lol I proceeded to ask her if she was new to the store which explained her lack of knowledge! Maybe I was only using my Prada Fairy Bag which was why she was looking down on me. She was very helpful to a bunch of very young Asian girls holding Kelly Wallets and wearing lots of bracelets!

I returned to the store later in the day and Michael helped me he was super nice! It was my first time in a Hermes Store I just wanted to discover the brand a bit more. It's very hard for me nowadays to get "kids free time".
 
It is a very versatile bag. Carry it on the shoulder for a casual look or use the shorter handles for a more dressy look. I can fit heaps in the bag. The only downside is it is quite a heavy bag.


Thanks for the Review! I liked the lindy for the slouchy look! I'll wait to see it in real life to make my choice on color and size hopefully they will have one online soon!

No dear. Not because you are carrying Prada. Even when I was carrying hermes, they just ignored me and the store wasn't even crowded at that time :(
 
Well generally if you carry a B, one of the SA will call susie out and she will show you a few items they don't have on display, such as the kelly wallet - thats if your usual SA is not there to assist you (which they might show you a few items anyways), which I have seen on a few occasions.

But I agree, the service is a hit and a miss sometimes, but if your SA is there, then it will always be an enjoyable experience.
 
I don't mind if I have good or bad experience. My only expectation is the SA to have a good knowledge about their products. And preferably
Demonstrate their understanding when a customer ask about it. It like you walk into an apple store looking for an iphone you hope the SA would be able to explain the difference between 16gb 32gb or 64gb not tell them to look at their website!

I've been waiting to get GM cape cod watch, which Susie told me a month ago (maybe even 1 1/2 month ago) that she has placed an order for.....just before they shut their previous store I called them and they said most likely it will arrive when the new store opens.....didn't hear from them for over a week after the new store is opened so I've decided to call and spoke to Susie directly....Susie has this excuse that she doesn't have my details in front of her and she always ask for my mobile number and she said will call me back in 1/2 an hour....waited and waited nothing, until 5-6hours later, where Michael called to say sorry Susie has been very busy today but she said that you have a watch in for servicing with us? can I please have your reference number etc and I was like...WHAT! NOOOOOO I'm waiting for the order I've made which SUSIE herself told me that she has placed the order!!!! **furious**


I've waited all this while and knowing that SUSIE DOESNT EVEN KNOW WHAT I was calling about?!?!?! and the next question I have DID SHE EVEN PLACE THE ORDER?!?!?!?? GGGGGRRRRRRRRRRR this is utter rubbish service! it is not like im asking for the watch for FREE!!! I'm paying for it, if you need me to pay it in advance do tell me, but don't go telling me "we don't take any deposit etc...." and asked me to wait and you don't even place the bloody order!!!!!!!


anyway.....Michael said he will revert back to me by next week (which is sometime this week), so we'll see if i'll hear anything from them.

Sorry to hear that! My home H store in Macau never did that to me. I don't think SAs here are much busier than those SAs in Macau as you know there are tons of tourists in Macau for gambling and shopping, but they can always ring me back in 5-10 mins!

tell me about it.....service is bad.....however today I got a call from Susie and she apologize and will get the watch for me as soon as possible and most likely she'll call me tomorrow as apparently the QLD store has one in stock....we'll see what happens....

you think she'll do it? i don't think so….i popped down to the store today was looking to get a couple of things and see what is happening with the watch, susie came out for a bit to say sorry and she'll let me know when the watch arrives and that was it. will definitely post some photos when i eventually get the watch :D
