I didn't buy anything, they didn't have what I was looking for. The store manager's name was Susie.

I can highly recommend Richard and there is an older, tall lady with short blonde hair who is very very nice too, although I have always shopped happily with whoever is on!

If you want a B or a K, Susie is the person to talk to. However, she won't take you seriously unless you have a purchasing history at the store. If you are interested in buying other items, Jane and Lucy are lovely. HTH

Purchasing history including other leather stuffs/ accessories ?Unfortunately, I got my Lindy and accessories in London and Korea but in Australia 😔

Yeah I meant a purchasing history at the Melbourne store, including other bags, jewellery, silks & RTW. If you want a particular colour, you will have to place an order. Susie goes to Paris in Feb & July to order stock so it will take at least 6 months to get your B or K. Sometimes longer if they don't offer that particular colour for that season.

Does anyone ever get an offer of exotics in melbourne store?
Or does anyone ever put a waitlist for it?

I'm not quite sure about how we could get exotics in any of H stores around the world. Do we ask for it or they just offer one?

I went to H store today. I dressed causally and without carrying a fancy handbag. Although I was just looking for twillys for my Lindy, Richard was quite helpful and didn't give me any bad service. 👍👍

Richard is fantastic! He used to work at Louis Vuitton Chadstone, my mum and I were so happy to see him in our favourite Hermes store!

May, but if there are delays I was told June at the latest.
