I always get either Suzie or Jacques when I call the store. Jacques is definitely still there. He put aside a Lindy RG for me on Friday =) I came to pick it up on Saturday and also saw a gold Lindy and Bolide RG and a couple of Jypsieres. The store looked well stocked!

Anyone knows, do any of the H stores in Australia accept credit cards for phone orders, or it's only direct deposit? I live in Perth and would like to establish a relationship in one particular store - which one is better, in terms of stock and time it will take to be offered a B or K? Thanks!

I have purchased using cc from the Brisbane store but that was a few years ago, phone order rules have changed I believe, perhaps someone else can chime in.

As far as B & K it's verrrry difficult but there are exceptions. Are you intending to buy other H goodies?? Scarfs, shawls, etc? If not consider the reseller option.

In 2011, they still took cc via fax or email, but this privillege was no longer there since 2013, the rules had changed and it became more strict, u can only send money to H bank account, they also cannot send your goodies to another H interstate, therefore it has to be sent to your address so the insurance and shipment will be expensive.

Thank you for responding! I was going to purchase other things, but for me it's so much easier using a credit card. I don't have to worry about actually having cash at that moment. Need to think what to do...
