Yes those are Hermes sugar, I visited a friend in Germany and the SA gave it to us when we visited her local store

I haven't seen those at Bond St either even when they had the pop up cafe. I'd expect they would have them in Paris, I'm sure I saw someone post on IG the brown sugar version... obviously they are not for sale but perhaps next time you're in the Sevres store you could ask when you enjoy some tea/coffee in the cafe there.
