Oh no! I have this range and didn’t know about this !
Honestly I wouldn't worry about it. Basically everything causes cancer in California. They have some wacko law about listing this warning on anything that carries one chemical that may have once caused cancer in a lab animal at one point in history. You would be shocked how many things have this "warning" if you pay close attention; coffee, cell phones, dental procedures, amusement parks, etc etc etc. The list is endless and mostly meaningless.

Lol, I’m pretty sure I have a much higher likelihood of dying at an amusement park or a dental procedure than from drinking out of my red Balcons mug everyday for the last decade. But I’m terrified of rollercoasters and dental surgery, so my view may be a bit skewed...

Presumably, if you don’t store food long term on your plates and don’t microwave the china, you’re highly unlikely to get anything leaching from the glazed porcelain to your food. I guess if you ate the china itself, you’d get a large dose of whatever toxin might be in the dye, but that would be the least of your immediate concerns.

It also could be an issue if the glaze cracked. Apparently old Tupperware is also an issue.

Anyway, I took a picture of some of my pieces to send my SA so we could plan what to add next. I have 2x of the bottom row items. All are in regular use - I use the square plates to corral items on countertops, serving dishes or for small treats.

I find the platinum Mosaique beautiful in the store but a bit dull at home on my table. The red BdQ makes me feel happier at home. Some of the larger red BdQ pieces are quite strong visually, so I hesitate to add them.

Wow this fabulous. I am debating on both designs. I see what u mean about the BdQ... much stronger presence!!!

I love the red BdQ! I bought two cereal bowls, the large salad bowl, small vase and two dessert plates. It’s such a beautiful and fun pattern to work with. I’m mixing it with Bernadaud white Naxos. Have you added anything since you posted?
