Oh, sorry to hear this. The Hermes in Hawaii do have quite few Orange brikins, but Gold hardware is harder to come by( the SA told me that).

Hi everyone.. just wanna ask have anyone visit hawaii recently? i wonder how is inventory in hawaii?? i am hopping to find a birkin there..

The inventory is AWESOME in Hawaii and often there are Kellys and Birkins on the shelves and really some special bags. Good Luck!
I saw a 30 Birkin on one of the shelves when I was at the Royal Hawaiian Gardens location (in the mall) but I didn't go in to look at it upclose. I also saw a JPG. They had a lot of GPs and Evelyne's.
I heard from our hotel concierge that the Ala Moana (sp?) store has more inventory but we didn't have time to check out that location.
The shopping is fabulous in Waikiki! The sales tax is like 4%.
The Prada store told me that their prices are lower than the mainland.

I was there the weekend of April 1st - have a blast!!!
BTW, if you love cookies, I found this bakery in the same plaza (Panya Bakery) - the oatmeal raisin was TDF!!! So was the bread pudding. I should have gotten more of the cookies because they won't ship so I'm gonna call the corporate offices!!!

i got my first birkin there 2 summers ago...they have a huge inventory! i saw at least 5 birkins on display.
sales there are really friendly too.
i went in and straight off the bat asked for a specific birkin(i heard later you can't get a birkin like that
), and the sales brought it out.

Love the Royal Hawaiian store in Waikiki. I got my first birkin there a little over a year ago. I was last there in February. The SAs are very friendly. If you are staying close to the store, I would suggest going once or twice a day to look for bags because the inventory changes frequently. Don't be afraid to tell them what you are looking for because they just might have it! There is another boutique at Ala Moana mall. They also have good inventory.
