Can’t wait for the photos! I’m going to Hawaii tomorrow and hope to store a k!
Stock report: lots of lindys, jiges, herbags and other SLGs but when I asked there was no k or c... feeling a bit disappointed actually
did you make any other purchases? Sometimes they will as you to come in another day if you do...
I did buy a twilly and some SLGs. Do you think they look at prior purchase history like the stores in the mainland?
Hawaii store in my experience is one of the few where you have a higher chance of scoring a quota bag as a walk-in. I went there in december (before Xmas) and the SA was more than eager to show me their B/K/C stock after checking my purchase history (in other stores) and seeing what I was picking up (CSGMs, shoes and fine jewelries... since the tax is basically half that of CA). I wasn’t in the mood (or rather, my bank account wasn’t) for another B/K/C since right before that trip I scored a B30 and a C18 in the same week at my local store, but my experience seems consistent with those of my friends. I have heard my friends being asked to come back the following day to check back in, after making some purchases.
I'm sorry, guys but I don't have any more pics. I planned to take pics of at least the bags in sunlight out on my lanai but the weather was on and off rainy the whole week I was there. I just took that pic of boxes as I was packing to return home, to give you an idea of what it takes to get bags.
I think the magic number these days is close to $5000 for a K. Bs are easier to get, as they aren't that much sought after as Ks. If I was into Bs, it would've been much easier to choose each time I visited, as they always had lot more color to choose from than Ks. Choices are less for Ks, but they still always have at least few as options each time I visited.

It's a K20, or what they used to call mini Kelly. (I am still not getting used to how they changed the names for KP to mini K) It's epsom, in gris asphalt with phw.

My house is a mess, as I am currently cleaning out all my junks. I would take pics later and post. I got a KP (or mini K, they call it now) and sis got a K25 from last week trip.
Just jumping in here regarding the mini K and KP.. KP doesn't have the option for a strap, could that be the main difference?
That being said, your mini K is my dream bag! I LOVE that colour and fingers crossed they have one for me when I go in December!! Congratulations!
