A friend of mine got a black kelly sellier 32 in epsom leather with palladium hardware. It was quite easy. She just bought a twilly and inquire about a kelly and boom! She got it.
It was in december before christmas, i think

Can anyone advise as to which Honolulu boutique is most likely to have the best current stock of K's/B's for an attempt at a walk-in miracle? I'm also wondering which boutique would have the best stock in Clic bracelets, leather bracelets and silks as I'm currently on the lookout for several.

Finally, is there a day of the week that's better to go than others? Weekday vs. weekend? Any particular SA's who would be especially nice to work with?

Don't know about handbags although Ala Moana always has more on display (not Kellys or Birkins though) but it seems to me that the Ala Moana store always has more bracelets.

Ala Moana is less crowded on a week day, the day of the week doesn't seem to matter in Waikiki.

I was asked if I was interested in a handbag at my last visit to Waikiki after purchasing several scarves and a shawl. (And Waikiki always has more mousselines.)

Good luck!

Thanks so much! I really appreciate the info. Do you happen to have an SA whom you might recommend? If you do but would rather not post it here please feel free to pm me! Mahalo!
