Both Las Vegas and Hawaii have many long distance "home" clients (as does every H store, quite frankly). You need to be able to visit at least a couple of times a year and also phone order remotely for shipping in between visits in order to successfully maintain the relationship. Do be aware though that H corporate has been pushing for the prioritization of in person shopping, so SAs are less motivated to answer texts and process remote sales just due to a limitation on their time. They also dont seem to remotely offer bags anymore, its more of a "whatever is in stock when you visit is the limitation of what we can offer you". Highly recommend an actual local home store if one is available to you where you can easily walkin to shop every month.I am new to this journey, and I am wondering has anyone made Waikiki Hermes their home store even when living in another state?
How is it keeping a strong relationship with your sales associate remotely?
Are the big prespends mainly in person when you visit?
Thanks in advance for sharing any advice and feedback! 😁

Congratulations!!Feeling very blessed today. My Ala Moana SA surprised me with a Kelly 28 Retourne in Barenia Faubourg! My first QB and at a .8:1 prespend (I’m local).
Congratulations! A classic bag. I heard that ala moana store really focuses on the locals (rather than tourists who can go there a few times a year)Feeling very blessed today. My Ala Moana SA surprised me with a Kelly 28 Retourne in Barenia Faubourg! My first QB and at a .8:1 prespend (I’m local).
Gosh, maybe get a de-humidifier for your closet/wherever you store your bags? I live in a fully insulated home and so it is not a problem, but I did have quite of bit of damage to items in our previous homeAloha Hawaii Hermes Fans!
Any ideas or experience which leathers are less apt to get moldy in our tropical climate? I have trouble keeping leather mold free in my house.
YesIs Hawaii still allowing 2 QB per year?
Has anyone received 2 this year?
Oh no. Nightmare. Does ac helping to dry out air? Mold on your bags? Are you keeping em in the boxes, dust bags or open air?Aloha Hawaii Hermes Fans!

Have you gotten any QB from your SA? if I were you, i would stop any further purchase and wait until I can physically visit the store (from my personal experience)Been working with my SA at Ala Moana for 6mo. It’s been a rough journey, since I’m remote. 3 out of the 5 times I’ve tried to order something from my SA, I’ve been left on read. It feels like I’m chasing a debt rather than shopping anymore. I’m at the 0.8:1 on my journey though, I don’t know if I should continue or just look for someone who’s more willing to help.
