I would return, as well. That way you’ll get the full credit to buy what you like. If your intent is to maintain a relationship, tell your SA and let them know your situation. They will let you know the best option.

Good luck!
Thank you, I texted my SA and he told me that going to my local Hermes would be easiest if I wanted to return or exchange. I ended up exchanging for half a size up which fits perfectly. I also didn't have to pay the difference in sales tax incase anyone is wondering about that. I was pleasantly surprised since I was expecting to and it would have been an extra $30~$40.

Has anyone received their second quota bag for 2022? I’m starting to see more stores telling clients that they are limiting quota bags to 1 a year and I’m wondering if Hawaii is steering in that direction as well due to the inventory level.

Has anyone tried or needed to make a shopping appointment at Waikiki or Ala Moana?
I’m currently in Hawaii right now and there’s always a long line at the Waikiki store, weekdays and weekends (my hotel is one block away). If you could make an appointment, I would do so to save time waiting outside. It’s pretty warm and you won’t know how long you’ll be waiting in line for.

Also, as I was walking back to my hotel one evening, they closed the line 45 minutes before closing.

I’ve visited the Ala Moana store during the weekday around 2pm and there were no lines.

Yay! I’m glad that you were able to exchange without paying the sales tax difference ANd ended up exchanging for a bigger size. Enjoy them!

Did you score anything good?

My sister in law just scored k28 in gold on gold last week after her second visit. Im visiting in October, hopefully the stock will be better

Ok! Great, thank you for the heads up!

Congrats to your SIL! Gold on gold is a beautiful combo! Was she at the Ala Moana location or Waikiki?

Sadly, no luck for me as I am looking for something specific. Was told that they are really low on stock and did not receive shipment. I’m looking for (k25/28 retorune in bright color). Todays my last day before returning to the mainland.

But I did get the Chypre sandals another member mentioned they saw and got DH a matching pair with me. :)

I was in Hawaii earlier this year and will point out that there was more stock then.

Starting from this past Tuesday there is no lines to enter both stores. I think they will put up a line if the store gets to busy. I also heard they arent accepting appointments from 2-5
Ah, 2-5 must be their busy time? That could be why I see lines as I typically pass by around 3pm for lunch/dinner (3PM Honolulu is 6PM PST, my internal clock dinner time)

I was there last week and was able to schedule an appointment with the SA that helped me in May. You couldn’t make appointments via Hermes but could call the store or text SA to make one.

My SA is on vacation when I’m traveling to Oahu but she told me one of her coworkers will be able to assist me. What are the chances of the coworker offering me a B/K if I already have a high spend?
