LoveMochi I have been to Hawaii and I have yet to met an SA I didn't like. They are all really nice!! Have a wonderful trip!

I travel there frequently and always visit both stores. I agree with Julide, all the SAs are very nice and so helpful in either store (Waikiki or Ala Moana).

I was just there about a month ago and the inventory was very low. But it may be better since they changed the phone order policy. Good luck!
