It does look light blue. But I just went to H to see how they chose the hem color. On all other cw’s the hem is the same as the moon color. And the vines on border are same color as the ?rock? Rug? Field? portion behind the caboose of Selene on the right. So I’m wondering if it’s a blue cast on a white hem?? as the moon is white. H has been known to not follow a perfect formula for how they chose the hem though haven’t they?

Excellent sleuthing! You’re absolutely right. The petrol blue CW is too similar to my navy Premier Chant so I’ll have to skip this cw.

I’m hoping cw2 Kaki / Corail / Caramel will work on me. Still waiting for them to appear in UK.

Thank you, everyone!!! I love the first moments this new season threads come to life. It is always very exciting, even if not everything is to your taste.

Flora y Plata seems to be extremely promising, even tied, if the CWs are right. I see one or two that I will definitely like to see. I particularly like CW H004282S 06: caramel / corail / gris...looks beautiful tied (as does the black/loden one, CW5)

I am quite sad that the brown Bouquet Final, which is as beautiful as I thought it would be, will likely not work even though I want to see it IRL (even though I know, so no rush)...

I also love seeing al the new designs and cws, regardless of what I will buy (or not) in the end.

This cw of Flora y Plata is stunning to me. Such perfect fall colours. But I am focussing on cashmere more, so I hope for a GT or GM in a similar colour scheme!

The Hermes stores in Paris and Monaco have some new season in now, when I was in on Monday they said it just arrived.
Today I got Academia Hippica in the dark blue in Monaco they had 3 colours in stock.

Yes, possibly both could work - depending on how much brown/beige/caramel (not great on me) there is in them and how they tie.

I’ve just ordered the kaki / coral / caramel and will order the other if/when it comes online to compare. I’ll share photos when it arrives, likely early next week.

I’ve ordered the Bleu Petrole and the Vert Amande/Bouton d’Or (which I see is backlit in @Liemzie ‘s post above); and I too like c/w 1 Jaune/vert/corail which looks quite bright & lively with the yellow vif…!

I am trying to get excited about this new one from Jan Bajtlik, but the colorways revealed thus far are challenging for me, to say the least. Only the noir/ardoise/rose poudre seems like a possibility, even though pale pink and beige tones in it are not ideal for me. I am hoping that the contrast of light and dark colors in that one will be enough to do the trick for me, regardless.
