Wow, this is an unexpectedly (because I’d dismissed them all as too beige for me) pretty cw. And is that a lilac hem? I love it! Great choice. My 4yo daughter already has opinions about my clothing and scarf choices haha.

Ooh so gorgeous @Maedi! I love the different colours and the pops of white, very brightening and happy. You look so radiant. And that hem is stunning 😍 this will probably be the cw I will choose too. And I am also pondering Selene, I briefly tried one in the boutique but the cw was off, I really need to see more cws irl.

Thank you kindly. It’s a versatile cw that can show different aspects easily. I think it would go well with your hair and teint. For some reason, when I tried Sélène in the boutique, it was a bit dull on me.

I tried my first CSGMs this week - holiday shopping in Paris at FSH! Here is Palefroi. I love these rope details. Thrilled to get this in a navy blue. But - I need to get myself to scarf tying boot camp!

Thank you, blanche! I think I will tie the basset 45 onto a handbag. I may try to pair it with a blue and white striped button-down shirt. When I receive it, I will post some mod shots. We have a rescue dog (now 10) who is half duchshund and half yorkie, a "dorkie." So to honor her "half", I had to have this scarf.

I look forward to seeing the navy Bassettes too! Now Hermes just needs to produce a scarf that features a Yorkie!

Academia Hippica in pink and beige. Between this design and Sélène, this looked better on me and was also approved by my DD. I didn’t think I would fall for this design at first…still pondering on the Sélène.

This scarf may be my only one, besides the navy Bassettes 45cm in navy (that one is coming) for this season. I have been purchasing H scarves since 2009, so I am trying to be more particular in my scarf collecting. Space for my boxes in my closet is limited, and I like to be able to see everything labeled on my shelves, so that I don't forget about an item. If I had a dime for every time I told myself, 'This 90cm is perfect and will be the last I ever purchase....' Simply put, Hermes just keeps making the most beautiful scarves, so what's a girl to do?? The pattern and colors must resonate with me to the point where I am so excited, I can't sleep at night type-of-thing. So, this Selene and the precious dogs spoke to my soul and were a must for me. This is a beautiful season of all things textile, so I am excited to follow along and enjoy the amazing presentations by my H loving friends here on the forum. Happy shopping to all!

You new Selene is beautiful on you! I don’t usually have return regrets but I do miss your cw a bit. Maybe a post season less than retail purchase in my future.

My SA got in the cashmere giant triangles today of Mille et un Lapins and also Plantes Officinales. I sadly passed on Lapins because it was too grey—I was hoping for more of a cream or light tan—and really didn’t suit me on. It’s darker than it looked online.

However, I love the purplish look of Plantes Officinales. Think Mauve Sylvester. Muffin (kitty) was also a fan.

Oh yes it’s so lovely with your dress! It definitely leans mauve and is so pretty.

A crossover from the SOTD thread, if someone should be interested. I bought an Academia Hippica this week, this design being the first interesting one for me from this season. And a must-have because I like crocodiles, or rather the shape of them. 😀 The cws were difficult for me and I decided finally on cw 09, a muted, rather cold colour combination. It ties well and is versatile, it reaches from elegant to edgy depending on how you tie and pair it, and I'm happy I bought it. Will be perfect with ice blue as well.
Edited to add, there is also a very nice corner with some sort of colourful snippets, above you can depict a horse (of course) and below some sort of bird. They remind me of the paper cutouts Henri Matisse did at the end of his life. Like @citykitty24 I also got the pink plantes oficianales. But like @Ladybaga said so well “the pattern and colors must resonate with me to the point where I am so excited, I can't sleep at night type-of-thing” and having only so much room. I ended up returning it today. It is gorgeous and beautiful but it didn’t make my heart sing when I had it on. I am definitely getting much more particular about what stays. If it stays one has to go and none volunteered themselves to leave my scarf drawers.
Here is a pic from arrival day. Sorry it’s just a t shirt. And yes I see this pic and this beautiful color and think oh I love it, but must remember that for whatever reason when I had it on it wasn’t 10/10 . This season it was my pale blue Selene which I am including to remind myself not to regret returning plantes 🤣
