I’ve been eagerly awaiting a reissue of C’est la Fete in any format, but… where’s Mr. Bones?

I don't want to sound like a grumpy old lady but this season has surpassed itself: not one single design that I like, the least bad are Paddock and Palefroi and colorways are just meh....JMHO of course!

Thank you, everyone and especially @Setty and @cascade2021 for all the wonderful preview photos. I guess we have no info on designers yet for some of these-- very curious about the Medicinal Plants GT. Not in the market for any more GTs at the moment, but if I were, that green Clic Clac would sure be at the top of my list. Among the 90s, I am all in on L'Heure des Gants because, well, I love gloves and just bought a new pair from the wonderful Paula Rowan last winter. I'm agnostic on Dans les Bras de Séléné until I see more cws-- it looks very William Morris wallpaper to me, but as someone said, it is an appealing border... Bouquet Final is so beautiful but I have learned from experience that these large scale Katie Scott botanicals just don't tie well for me. It would be lovely framed! As for CSGMs, I bought so many beauties in the last two seasons I think I have that format covered. Don't see anything that truly pops out but I'm sure that will change. I have learned to be humble in my seasonal "pronunciamentos" since I always end falling for unexpected things. I can't wait for the design stories-- that aspect is so important to my choices!

Oh dear, you have stopped me in my tracks with the Wm Morris wallpaper comparison! Absolutely right - perhaps the muted, slightly sludgy colours we have seen so far add to that impression. I have been focusing on the robin as there is always at least one in my garden - a more vivid c/w might take it out of the wallpaper category! I also like the gloves very much.

Thank you, everyone!!! I love the first moments this new season threads come to life. It is always very exciting, even if not everything is to your taste.

Flora y Plata seems to be extremely promising, even tied, if the CWs are right. I see one or two that I will definitely like to see. I particularly like CW H004282S 06: caramel / corail / gris...looks beautiful tied (as does the black/loden one, CW5)






I am quite sad that the brown Bouquet Final, which is as beautiful as I thought it would be, will likely not work even though I want to see it IRL (even though I know, so no rush)...
