Rainbows and horses, how classy
Candy ex-libris: after ice-cream cones this season, now candy
How old is the average Hermès silk scarves buyer in 2024? 14??

Taking a second look at rainbows and horses and while fanciful and whimsical I see it also looks like something done in crayon. Will need to see in person
With rainbows and horses I love the composition but I’m worried it will look flat printed on the silk… these last years I’ve passed on getting many designs I love because they don’t translate well, either no depth or the contrast is off for me.

I was quite surprised to learn through another source that this is reportedly titled "Emile and a Night" and is by Virginie Jamin. Seems atypical of her style, certainly her recent designs...

It’s a new style for me but I like it! Can’t wait to see how it looks in person (I think we’ve all had experiences recently where the internet photo doesn’t match to real light/ colouring, and given the intricacy on this illustration/ design, I hope it comes out as such!). Thanks for sharing :)

Thank you so much @GloWW0rM -- great sleuthing. The Jonathan Burton reminds me of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade in NYC... Need to go zoom in on the titles etc... I wonder what the overarching theme is...
A pleasure to generate some excitement (or not for those not into the designs!). My SA said that the theme for this following season will continue to be a celebration of 24 Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré and all things Hermès.

Yes, indeed - the faces/expressions reminded me of the Metamorphoses par Hermes/Fairytales/Anamorphoses by Philippe Dumas:)

I thought so based on what I can see-- some of them look like they are continuing to explore Emile's extensive collections for scarf designs and others seem to celebrate the store...and I agree the most fun part of the seasonal thread is this period of anticipation and detective work! It reminds me of waiting for the actual physical paper F.A. O. Schwartz toy store Christmas catalogue as a kid!! Dating myself as a dinosaur completely but the comparison is apt!!!!

I agree, I think it’s the lack of contrast (looks like a sketch) or tones. I also have Eleftheria and I’m worried this design will look too similar when folded without adding much to my collection. Will have to see in person but right now… :/

Thanks for the explanation of this graphic - I didn't see it the first time.
Well, having had my luggage trashed by THE AIRLINE on two trips in a row & having to make a claim & buy new cases, this is certainly NOT going to come home with me. I don't need any bad karma with respect to luggage.......

Oh dear, you actually lived the nightmare! Sorry to hear about that. On a recent trip the zipper popped open on my luggage, but luckily the contents stayed in place due to the interior straps and the fortunate choice of my packing larger items surrounding smaller ones. But, they could so easily have gone flying away, like the art supplies for this unfortunate traveler.

So exciting to see some of the colorways!!! Thank you @cascade2021 and @GloWW0rM !

I find the blue Tulipomania beautiful but not quite enough. I think this will be the d’Orphee shawl for me, assuming the beige and orange flatter, but I’m not at all positive about that.

And that Elias Kafouros scarf is certainly something! Curious what it will look like in other colorways.
