So far the designs are ok but are not love. This can change depending on the available colorways, so I keep my fingers crossed 🤞

I love Orto Botanico di Palermo in the grey/black and neutral colourway although it looks to me like there might be some dark green in there as well. Time will tell. I don’t yet own a CSGM having debated long and hard over the black and white Clair de lune from this season but I think I might have just found my first.

Yes odd for VJ...I usually like her designs but this, not so much :shocked:

So far yet another season with unattractive designs, for me anyway. Oh well, my bank account is thankful I suppose.

This has a bit of a vibe of the 1995 movie Twelve Monkeys. I think it’s the combo of the graffiti style (the monkey ‘tags’ were featured prominently throughout the film), with the animals let loose from the zoo plot line.

It has the energy of Wild Rhythm from the men’s S/S season, which was also Jamin I believe, but more freeform. The title doesn’t tell us much: some fantasy birthday party for Emile Hermès, perhaps? He’s a frequent inspiration in their chosen designs.

I do not know the movie, but I do remember thinking Wild Rhythm was a departure too, @Lellabelle.

For me it will entirely depend on seeing in person as well as cws-- glad to hear there were better ones @GloWW0rM! I actually feel that way about even the few things I am attracted to this season. Nothing has struck me as a shoo-in except the GT Tulipomanie. In prior seasons, I have sometimes known with certainty from the thumbnail alone!

Here's the story...
"Evening is coming on Faubourg St. Honore. As if by magic, as soon as the door of the Emil Hermes Museum closes, sleeping animals come to life in a crazy carousel under the light of multicolored lanterns. Book, tea or house of cards? The giraffe prefers to try on a necklace, the dog prefers to try a hat, and the ostrich prefers to try the purse. The parrot wrapped himself in a cage, and the deer plays hide-and-seek. Before the end of the night under a sky of feathers and flowers - be fireworks of joy!"

I'm also interested in the GT Tulipomanie. My only issue is the cws in the carrês where't great for me, and the cashmere triangles are look mostly the same cws.

Still not interested in the Tulipomanie, reminds me too much of wallpaper, yet I like the triangle a bit better than the 90 because there's apparently a contrast hem. Contrast hems are more and more lacking...
