Orto Botanico di Palermo is stunning and no surprises that Orphee ticks all the boxes as well...my only (personal) complaint at this juncture: the colours. Tulip, Palermo, Orphee...I like the brown one most but there is no way I can justify buying 3 brown giant scarves

Thank you for the great intel! Orto Botanico di Palermo is lovely, but the cw calling out to me at the moment is the black & white, and I'm concerned it would look too similar to my black/white/mulitcolor Retour a la Nature. I'll have to wear the Retour to the boutique and do a side-by-side!

I also hear and agree with the thoughts on the colorways (similarity across scarves and a bit of lost potential for Tulipomanie). However, I do have optimism for this upcoming season as the last two were largely misses for me, with the notable exceptions of Vallee de Cristal and Jungle Love Forever. In particular I've been looking to expand my cashmere collection, and I'm very very excited about the navy Tulipomanie!

At CA $1650 not sure anything speaks to me except the Orto Botanico which might tie at bit too much like Jardin de Leila from seasons past. Love the triangle Tulips - but in the photo of the navy posted earlier in this thread the cashmere look so flimsy (you can see through it!). At CA $1125 not sure it will be worth it either.....however will probably cave since I adore the print. LOL.

You are right - Botanico has a silimar vibe to Leila, Retour, Faubourg Tropical. In order to add variety, they should have gone down the road with bold colors/ complex cws.. otherwise, we have seen it all before.
I agree on the flimsy quality of cashmere. I actually had to send back a few 100s cashmeres from men's collection fairly recently - they were paper thin, see-through.. can't compare with vintage..

The design of the Grand Carosse pour un Ambassadeur bandana is similar to Les Roues de Phaeton which I like. I could be interested in the marine/black/white and the caramel/white/marine (or black) on the left. Thank you for the preview, cascade2021!
