I'm not able to go this time, but I hope everyone who does finds a lot of great things.

From the last couple posts, it sounds as if those going will find a slightly, (very slightly) ;) shorter line and more to choose from.

Have a great time - I can't wait to see the reveals!!

Line is ABSOLUTELY bonkers. People are yelling at each other because someone cut. Soffier Haskin is a horrible horrible place to have it. They are being incredibly strict and not letting anyone in before the 2PM stated time...unlike last year where restricter was in at like 10AM! =( Pic and snarkiness on my blog.

Live blogging!

H CLIC CLACS in YELLOW/SILVER combination - in GM size.
a 40 PLUME in chocolate

nothing else really. VERY SMALL selection of scarves. THIS IS WORST SALE YET.

WORST SALE EVER. NOT KIDDING YOU. There were like 8 designs for the scarves!!

Back from the sale. I agree with everyone said. It's THE WORST H sale I have ever attended. I walked around for an hour without finding any exciting pieces. I got home with two clic-clac bracelets, one lock, one beach basket, one briefcase, one belt, two ties, two scarves and one fox collar. The tea pot set that I wanted to buy was left out at the check-out and I didn't notice. Sigh...it was a cute pink set but it is quite alright. I don't really need another set.

About prices, it was 40% off bags and dinnerware. 50% off jewelry. Price for scarves and ties are same like previous sales. However, the did put a new limit of quantity this time. Only two bags/luggages, two scarves, 10 ties, 2 pieces of jewelry. Oh well, given the selection, it is really hard to pick more than the limit anyway.

Hope this info helps.

Bags, the usual felt, non-leather stuff? I was SO lucky a couple years back when they had real bags and tons of stuff at the old location. Glad we didn't go.
what kind of bags? I need to know -- two scarves?? That's nuts. It's always been 10. DH got his invite; mine never came, but I knew I wouldn't survive the trip. And, for what -- 40% off $385 scarf that probably cost $350 to begin with?

I think the bags are mainly left-overs from the last sale. I saw less than 10 brown or black small canvas bags. A few file bags in red color and the rest are luggages. Cute but I let go at the last minute...It's a carry on piece and it has no wheels. I think I should stick with my globe trotters which are more practical. :smile1:

Remember the commercial, "Where's the beef?" That's what this sale was like. Word from the morning crowd was that it wasn't great and they weren't kidding. Tables that used to be chocked full of inventory had very little merchandise on them. The bags were indeed left overs from the last sale. I did find a few scarves but with the two minimum had to give my husband one to check out with. Jewelry counter was chaotic as usual and the few clic clacs were gone by the time I got there. I did get a cute leather scarf ring and a black leather bracelet, a couple of belts in my size (selection was respectable), 2 hats and a top and a sweater.

They do replenish each day so I'm curious to see if anyone else comes up with any new items that weren't there today.

There were lots of glasses and goblets so if you're in need of drinking vessels then this is your lucky day.

:giggles:
