I’ve got so many questions regarding handing your bag into the cloakroom😂 how do you pay if they have your bag hostage?

The reseller side makes me so angry! If you’re not buying for your own use then leave it for someone who will love it!

Maybe they should bring in rules about only buying in one clothing / shoe size…. But then again resellers kind of help the Hermes exclusively model. If resale prices remain high they can justify price hikes in the stores so Hermes isn’t incentivised to stop them.
Finally had time to photograph my purchases from Sunday! If you can’t tell, I’m drawn to bright colours 😁 There weren’t many women’s belts left, but I was lucky to find two in my size. I’m so pleased with everything I got, but now I definitely need to take a break from shopping for a while! 💸

i did see a number of people carrying birkins, kellys, constances, picotins, evelynes and wearing H shoes (chypres/trainers etc..) leaving the sale when I first arrived at the venue and also in the queue whilst waiting to go in. Also saw someone with a c18 at the checkout queue - this one may have snucked in!
i rocked up to the sale with my mobile phone hanging on my neck and credit card in my pocket (sometimes my e-wallet doesn't work!). that's it. no H items. and also i don't want to worry about my H bag/belongings in the cloakroom (or if managed to sneak bag in) whilst i am walking around, carrying the big shopper bag(s) they give you to put your potential purchases and trying on things surrounded by many others also doing the same thing.
i did observe a few amusing behaviours - people expecting to be treated like they are in the boutique. someone asked the SA to bring her a selection of shoes in her sizes for her to try on!! i just had to laugh..too funny! the very young SA took it in her stride and say "we can't do that ma'am" the lady was not impressed and started complaining to herself!! wonder if she bought anything in the end....

My recollection from last time is yes, there is room for a cabin case.
Yes, they should easily be able to hold your cabin bag for you. They had lots of room.
Haha, you are allowed to take your phone and your purse - as long as it’s not an H one, I imagine. You put your phone and purse (female wallet, not handbag - for the avoidance of doubt) into a see-through netted bag you pick up at the cloakroom.
I saw many people post on tiktok. They filmed the entire shoe and accessories collection. I saw some from sunday and some from today and it seems like they added different items like boots and more oran options.
Please don't wear anything remotely expensive, Hermes or not, as the surrounding area is not very nice. Hermes items may slow you down and all expensive bags and jackets have to be left at cloak room which isn't secure. It's a sale after all, not an Hermes vip event.

Yes there are & since I'm here in the states & wasn't going to London found a pair of Oran's in the color & skin
I wanted & had not seen here in the US or on H.com & personally find the availability of stock
showing up at sales disappointing & not here where long standing clients can have access, JMO

However, mixed in amongst these are probably people who have had a change of heart and want to offload some stuff too.
