Hi all—I’m wondering how difficult it is getting the della mini as a new client? Was anyone also a new client and purchased easily? I got matched with a nice SA who said the store will try and get one for me but I’m not sure what that means. Do they order it? Do they acquire it from another store? She knows the specs I’m interested in but since then she hasn’t answered my questions directly about timeframe, indicate that they ordered it, or that I can expect it. I’m wondering if they are even going to do anything at all or if they are waiting for me to purchase other things before making an effort. I thought maybe I had a chance getting the bag since it’s not currently in high demand and I’m hoping I can trust her and not be strung along, but I just don’t know or have experience. Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

It basically just means that she’s mentally noted that you are interested in one and if one comes in a delivery maybe she will think of you. Spending more and visiting more would definitely help make you more top of mind.
everyone has a different experience. hopefully, you’ll receive several viewpoints. from my personal experience, the della mini is not an easy bag to be offered. As a newer client, picotins and evelyn’s seem to be somewhat easy to get once you start your purchase history.

I got it the same day as I was leaving for Paris. I only requested for the bag a few days ago and my SA knew I wanted the bag for my upcoming trip. This bag was never on my radar but I had to ask for it after seeing all the eye candies here in this thread and reading about everyone’s feedback about its practicality.
I was tempted to hold out for one with ghw but it was too perfect and just in time for the trip so I took it home. It really is the perfect bag to walk around Paris with. With the way the world is now, I don’t want to risk walking around Paris with a birkin as I did the past few trips…
I have to say, it is much more comfortable (and feels more secure) than my mini roulis (strap is sturdier and sits better cross bodied), and more practical than my Constance (I had to send my C in for the strap to be replaced due to wear and tear—strap rubbing against the metal loops on the bag. It has been replaced but now I am wary of having to do that again in the future.)
This is now my new favorite non-b/k bag!!

Hi, What is new? Walk in and without a purchase history? I went to a boutique in Belgium this weekend and I got the DC Mini offered in Vert Frizz and Etoupe. I said yes to the latter. My H- journey started in June this year. So relatively new.
How hard is it to get DC mini offered? I was surprise I got the offer. But also the option between the Vert Frizz and Etoupe.

haven’t been able to take it out. But I will take pictures. I must say I really love how only those who follow Hermes will know the brand. I will feel much more comfortable with this bag than with my Birkin or Chanel bags. #quietluxury
Just picked this up in yellow while in Luxembourg. Wasn’t planning on shopping but stopped in as they seemed a bit slow inside. I had no history with this store but I picked a bracelet (leather Kelly) and a pair of teal orans and saw a yellow mini displayed and I commented on how I’ve been looking for a yellow bag and the SA went to talk to someone and came back out with a box! This is my first Hermes bag ( I have three pairs of shoes, some bracelets and a scarf, all bought in various different Hermes in Europe) I’ll post pictures when I get home ( currently packed in my bag as we fly home tomorrow) did tell me I was lucky as they don’t normally offer bags to foreigners.
