I was not expecting to be able to purchase this as I’ve never been successful but the stars must have aligned today as I managed to get this off the website. It’s in tadelakt leather and in rubis, which I haven’t seen in ages! Now the wait to receive it begins!

yes just it means the bag is sold but website is slow to remove the add to cart button
Do people also see the 'add to cart' and when you try to add to cart, it says oops not available. But then you refresh the page, and the add to cart button is still there. Why is their site so broken? lol
Yeah you are not alone seeing this. I actually thought it's a website glitch and online chatted with H rep and was told it's exactly what crystal-wellness explained.

Hello,

Apple pay users I am wondering if i choose apple pay instead of check out what happen when you pay? Like do they ask you for the address ? Or give you the option to collect in store?
I would like to use apple pay but collect in store instead of sending it to my address is this possible?

Don’t think that’s possible never seen collection in store as an option. Only reserve in store and that you don’t pay upfront and wait for an email from the store saying the item is available for collection.
Apple Pay is linked to your apple profile so as long as you have your profile set up with full address etc it just go straight through see example below

Yesterday I was checking Hermes.com Portugal and saw the below but I guess you would have to contact the store and see if they actually have it.

They'll autofill the address you've saved for ApplePay. It doesn't give you the collect in store option like you would going through the regular checkout steps on their website. For very popular items that get snatch up in the matter of seconds, your best bet is to use ApplePay because while you're on step 1 or 2 in the regular checkout page trying to collect the item in store, someone may've already paid for the item you're trying to buy.

Collect in store and Find in Store are two separate features. Collect in store option will show up when you're going through checkout page, the logistic is that they will ship the items you've ordered to the local boutiques instead of to your home address. Find in Store is merely for you to locate certain item in the boutiques near you, but it doesn't always reflect real-time stock availability and you certainly don't have to go through the checkout process.
