I've returned an Evelyne GM in December. It went very smoothly. I had purchased two Evelynes in different colors from H.com and after unboxing them I instantly knew which color wasn't for me. I contacted customer service within one hour of having received the bag and sent it back completely new with all of the packaging intact. Customer service was very friendly. It was my first and only return ever and I had a reason for the return, which in my opinion also helped. We arranged an appointment for picking up the bag the next day from my home and my money was back on my card super quickly. Regarding the time frame it was also obvious that I didn't use the bag before returning it.

Almost got this while trying for a different one, this one appear I tried the Apple Pay and almost went through and then said unsuccessful and is gone.
I mean is proving really really difficult to buy any of these online. The machines are too quick ahahah
Anyone was able to buy any bag online recently?

I saw that Herbag too but I've got one last year already :).
Also saw and tried to score this beautiful Garden Party 30 but the bots were too fast -.-
