If you want a fighting chance to purchase from Hermes.com then you need to reach out to Hermes corporate to expose the reseller.

How does bot work? Everytime there’s bag drop, it automatically recognizes each item’s specs and pays using Apple Pay?
Just the other day I was browsing and refreshing the site and literally 1 sec later I saw some bags but all gone.

It’s basically confirmed. How do we do this? It’s the same gal/bot/it as before. We are just no longer regaled with her “sheer joy” posts (thank goodness).

I remember having similar issues with another website, every time I tried to log in to check out I would get some funky error messages or the website literally crashes but I somehow can still log in just fine on my phone and iPad. I've noticed it's probably from the autofill data that caused the error so after I cleared all caches/cookies from my browser it resolved the issue. Maybe give it a try too? So far I haven't had issue placing order on H's US website.

Tried all possible options that I could possibly do. I left the customer service a message regarding this issue since it's not just me. I can see that they try to block resellers but it seems only regular customers get blocked
Now I'm on a ban on H shopping Thanks for sharing ideas though!

Both. Last year I ordered a Rodeo using the normal channels. This year, I only try Apple Pay because I want to be successful and it worked on an Evie. But I have been successful TWICE in over 500 days.

I’m pretty certain she sells on the Facebook group. I saw that she used a similar handle to her TPF handle and now she goes by a slightly different name and her previous FB name is no longer part of the group. What’s the worst is people keep giving her trusted seller references.

So sad. And makes me so mad. I truly hope that what Excalibur is saying above is correct, but if it is, I feel awful for her customers. Buyer beware!
