Why is Hermes not doing anything about the bot issue? I don't understand why they are letting their website be overrun in the way they are. Anyone know why?

Hermes isn’t exactly tech savvy unfortunately and I’m not sure that many people are actually complaining directly to them rather than social media. I don’t think bots are actually making the purchase, rather resellers are using automated ways to get a jump in stock availability before the general public can see it. They’d have to revamp the way their tech system posts items to fix the issue. Recommend anyone upset about it contacts them directly to complain.

I love the noir berline canvas herbag! It was in my cart and then it got sold out. But I'm glad to see more bag drops on CA site!

US Site... a HUGE drop of bags! All of the sudden we see 100+ handbags. This is the first time I see more than 100 stock since the beginning of this year. Multiple picotin 18 and evelyne 16, mini roulis, etc.
They updated this at around 3pm PST
